Spaces Available for Hire

Aldersgate Centre provides a unique modern space in the centre of Christchurch for a variety of functions and events, and is available for business and community groups to hire. From conferences and meetings, weddings and celebrations, to community gatherings and faith-group activities, we will have a space that works for you. Spaces and configurations are highly flexible and we have all the facilities you need to run a successful event. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Services & Facilities Available

All rooms for hire are on the ground floor and fully accessible.
The venue has a tea-coffee servery area with instant hot water and steriliser, and a separate commercial-rated full kitchen can be booked for larger events.
The 14 gender-neutral toilets include accessible and family units.
Guest wifi access is available throughout the building.
Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable 21 degrees.
The heat recovery ventilation system constantly draws in fresh air; no air is recirculated.
The building is accessible from Durham Street and Chester Street West with some on site parking which can be accessed via the Chester Street West entrance.
