Being Unbreakable – follow-up meeting

August 20, 2019 @ 12:00 noon

We have shown that New Zealand is unbreakable and that the world can see in us an example of love and unity.” (Gamal Fouda, Imam of Al Noor Mosque)

Lunchtime meeting, Tuesday 20 August, 12-1:30pm, Hohepa Canterbury, 23 Barrington Street, Cashmere 8024.

Just over three months ago, Durham St Methodist Church and Christchurch Social Equity & Well-being Network (SEWN), with the support of Healthy Greater Christchurch Waka Toa Ora team convened a lunchtime opportunity to debrief, regroup, and share ideas and support for a future more inclusive Christchurch following the terror attack of 15 March.

Since that time, some great collaborative acivities have taken off, and some of the initial participants have talked about wanting to meet again. Come along to this seminar to find out about some of the collaboration under way and where you can be involved. All are welcome.

Book online now and a calendar appointment will be emailed following registration. Please bring your own lunch.

In the meantime, you’re welcome to share any resources that are inspiring or challenging you to grow – or any initiatives you’re aware of. Share online here.
