A unique opportunity to start 2024 spiritually and mentally refreshed – the inaugural South Island School of Theology, Kete Aroha o Waipounamu, on the theme of “Theology on the Edge” is open to all interested in giving themselves space for challenging conversations, provocative ideas, and inspiring resources. Leading Aotearoa NZ thinkers will present on topics such as: “Christianity on the Margins, Discipleship in a New Age”; “Faith & Climate Justice”; “What John’s cosmic prologue reveals”; “Jesus Experience of Sexual Abuse”; “Mental health”; “Being church differently”; “New Testament through Jewish Eyes”.

It runs from 2:00pm Sunday 28 January to 2:00pm Tuesday 30 January 2024 (including evening sessions), at Aldersgate, 309 Durham Street North.
