Alicia Sudden, the CEO of the New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services (NZCCSS) will lead a Spirited Conversation on the NZCCSS election campaign: Free from Poverty.
NZCCSS most recent research shows that almost half a million New Zealanders are living without the basics, but they argue that hardship and poverty are not inevitable. We can make choices to restore dignity and ensure a future when no one needs go hungry. NZCCSS have 7 specific ‘policy asks’ of political leaders in the lead up to this year’s election, and they seek our involvement to support this campaign.
