Its that time of the year again – where we head into BC (before Christmas). While the popular image of Christmas is fun and toys and happy families, this is not the case for everyone. For more than we might expect in our community, Christmas can be a difficult, sad or lonely time. We want to acknowledge that and gather together to support each other for any that find Christmas a tough time – whether its because of grief, loneliness, loss, death of a loved one, redundancy or financial pressures.

The Blue Christmas Service will be held at Aldersgate | Your Gathering Place | Puari Huinga at 5:30pm on Wednesday 23 December. It will be led by StreeTs Chaplain, Darryn Hickling. He would love to hear if you are planning to come.
