Men’s Group

A diverse bunch of blokes who are, or have been in the past, associated in some way with the Durham Street Methodist Church. We organise ourselves to meet monthly. Over the course of a year, our programme can include walking (and lots of talking); cooking (the annual men’s group dinner and end-of-year BBQ are highlights); watching movies (or a play) together; making music; sharing our stories, interests and memories; and reflecting on matters of life and death. We don’t take ourselves particularly seriously, have lots of laughs, and are always open to new members.
