Our main reading and the reflection on Sunday 31^st May focused on the first creation story (Genesis 1:1-2:4).  The beauty of creation is not a cure for the world’s ills, but it is an antidote against the despair that threatens to rob us of the will to continue our work of healing the earth and bringing the Commonwealth of God into being.  Writer Anne Lamott from the US wrote about this last week.
