Do join us at 10am on Sunday morning!
Our building is named ‘Aldersgate’ after Aldersgate Street in London, where on 24 May 1738 the Anglican priest (and founder of Methodism), John Wesley, underwent a profound religious experience while attending a meeting at a Moravian Chapel. In the Methodist Church, 24 May is designated ‘Wesley Day’ and the preceding Sunday is ‘Aldersgate Sunday’.
