In response to this call, the Canterbury Interfaith Society has coordinated religious leaders and congregations from within Canterbury to offer a short video prayer for the day – there was also a guest contribution from Palmerston North.  Fifteen faith groups contributed to this video.  We can be proud of such good relationships among faiths here in Canterbury that we can all come together and agree to do such things on short notice!

We hope this video assists you in your spiritual life, and serves as a concrete sign of friendship and solidarity among faith groups within Otautahi / Christchurch as well as Aotearoa / New Zealand.
