This Sunday (the first in Advent) we launched the Christian World Service (CWS) Christmas Appeal at Durham Street. 

At nearly 80 years old, Farazia is working hard in her garden in South Uganda. She has to grow feed to feed her grandchildren who have been orphaned by HIV and AIDS.Her grandchildren spend hours each day collecting water from the stream or river – it is not safe. They often miss school. Farazia is a member of her village association for other caregivers like her. She is saving every coin she can for her half of a rainwater tank. Every day she prays for a tank. Her need is clear.  CWS is asking for our gifts to help Farazia and other families that need water.
